SIGNATURE BASE PACKAGE — $1500.00

  • Included Staffing: Encompasses two (2) professional, California RBS-certified bartenders.

  • Bar Tools: Essential bar tools (shakers, jiggers, strainers) and full set-up & break down of the workspace provided.

  • The Menu: A customized menu with curated drinks tailored to the clients event.

  • The Essentials: Premium disposable cups, eco-friendly straws, and cocktail napkins.

  • Basic Mixers: A curated selection of basic mixers.

  • The Craft Elements: House-made artisanal syrups, fresh-squeezed citrus juices, and premium fresh garnishes.

  • The Vibes: Positive attitudes and high-energy service always included.

    ESSENTIALS BASE PACKAGE 2 — $900.00

    • Included Staffing: Encompasses two (2) professional, California RBS-certified bartenders.

    • Bar Tools: Essential tools (shakers, jiggers, strainers) and full set-up & break down of the workspace provided.

    • The Menu: A customized menu with curated drinks tailored to the clients event.

    • The Vibes: Positive attitudes and high-energy service always included.

    • ** Note on Supplies: The alcohol and all the mixers, juices, glassware, straws, cups, ice, will be provided by the client.

    ESSENTIALS BASE PACKAGE 1 — $600.00

  • Included Staffing: Encompasses one (1) professional, California RBS-certified bartenders.

  • Bar Tools: Essential tools (shakers, jiggers, strainers) and full set-up & break down of the workspace provided.

  • The Menu: A customized menu with curated drinks tailored to the clients event.

  • The Vibes: Positive attitudes and high-energy service always included.

  • ** Note on Supplies: The alcohol and all the mixers, juices, glassware, straws, cups, ice, will be provided by the client.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Additional Professional Bartender: +$300.00 (Highly recommended for guest counts over 125).

  • Extra Event Hours:

    Extended operational time can be custom-quoted based on your timeline.

  • Ice Management or Water Station:

    +$3 per person each

  • Portable 6” Mobile Bar:

    +$200 per event

Important Booking & Payment Details

  • Securing Your Date: A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon receipt to lock in your date, which is applied toward your final total.

  • Balance: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.

  • Cash Incentive: Pay your remaining balance in cash to receive a 10% discount off the remaining service amount.

  • Processing Fees: A card processing fee of 1.99% is applied to the invoice upon final agreement, unless payment is completed via cash or automatic bank transfer (ACH).

  • Dry Hire Service: Elite Elixir Events, LLC operates strictly as a private, invitation-only dry hire service provider. Services are restricted exclusively to private functions where the client retains full ownership and legal possession of all supplied alcohol in accordance with California ABC guidelines. The client is responsible for acquiring all alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
